1. Introduction

Welcome to the FICAC South Asia Regional Conference 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services related to the conference. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Conference Registration

To attend the conference, you must complete the registration process and pay all required fees. Registration is subject to availability and may be closed at any time.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• Registration is personal and non-transferable
• You must be at least 18 years old to register

3. Payment and Refunds

All fees are in USD and must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Cancellations received before [date] will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee
• Cancellations after [date] are non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation
• No-shows will not be refunded

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Be respectful to all participants and staff
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Do not engage in harassment of any kind
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the conference without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All conference materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share conference materials without prior written permission from FICAC.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FICAC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Effective" date at the top of these Terms.
